Pre-Care Instructions

To Ensure the best results and avoid irritation, please follow these guidelines before your facial:


Within the last 14 days:

  1. No Cosmetic Injections ( including Botox & fillers)


48–72 Hours Before Your Appointment:

  1. Avoid waxing, threading, or depilatory creams on the treatment area.
  2. Discontinue use of retinol, retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, and other exfoliants.
  3. Skip harsh scrubs or at-home peels.


24 Hours Before:

  1. Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including tanning beds).
  2. Stay well-hydrated—drink plenty of water.
  3. Don’t use saunas, steam rooms, or intense workouts that heat the skin.


Day of Your Facial:

  1. Arrive with clean skin—no makeup or heavy skincare.
  2. Inform your skin therapist of any recent skin treatments, medications, or concerns.
  3. Avoid caffeine if possible—it can make you more sensitive.


Post-Care Instructions

To maximize your results and protect your skin after your facial, please follow these guidelines:


Immediately After (First 24–48 Hours):

• Avoid touching your face to prevent irritation or breakouts.

• Skip makeup (especially foundation and powders) for at least 24 hours.

• Stay out of the sun and avoid tanning beds.

• Use a gentle cleanser—no scrubs, exfoliants, or active ingredients (like retinol, AHAs, BHAs).

• Keep skin hydrated with a mild, non-comedogenic moisturizer.

• Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms.

• No heavy workouts or sweating.

Next Few Days:

• Apply SPF 30 or higher daily, even if you’re indoors.

• Let any minor redness or sensitivity fade naturally—this is normal.

• Continue using gentle, hydrating skincare only unless advised otherwise.
